Where is the party location?                 
We bring the event to your home or desired location.

Is the guest of honor included in the 8 guests per package?  
Yes

Are siblings of the guest of honor included?  
Siblings should be included in the guest count if you would like them to participate in the
party activities.

Do I pay for a guest that does not show up?  
Yes

What about food and beverage?  
Kreative Xpressions will provide snacks and beverages for the party guest of honor and
their guests only.    

How do I reserve a party?  
You can reserve a party by clicking the “Book A Party” button on our website.  Once your
reservation form has been received and your date has been confirmed by Kreative Xpressions,
you will have 3 days to pay your deposit of $150.  This will secure your party date and time.  
Your party balance must be paid in full the day of your party or prior to.  Final Payment must
be made by cash, money order or cashier’s check.  It is due prior to the start of the party.  
However, you may pay your party balance by credit card 4 days prior to your event via Paypal.com.

Do I need to RSVP before the party?  
Yes, Kreative Xpressions will contact you one week prior to your party to confirm the total
head count for your party.

What if I need to cancel the party?  
Once the deposit has been made, you can postpone one time.  We will gladly work with you to
reserve an alternate date for your party within 30 days.  If you decide to cancel your party without
rescheduling for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

What happens if a guest has food allergies?  
It is your responsibility to check with guests for specific food allergies.  We will do our best to
accommodate all of your guests.

How far in advance should I book my party date?  
Generally, we ask that you book a party within 3-6 weeks.  However, if the date is available and we
have enough time to prepare for your party, we will be more than happy to reserve it for you.

How much time do you need to setup and clean up?  
We will arrive at least one hour prior to the party and clean up takes about 45 minutes.
